The work was completed in a timely fashion. My only concern is that I called in my extended warranty information to give to Kyan so he could have the insurer authorize the repairs. He apparently did not get the information from the individual that I gave it to. Consequently I ended up paying $1200 for what should have been covered.

Overall service was good but I was there around 8:30 and it seemed a little unorganized. I got taken care of quickly but there was a line behind me about 5 or 6 people deep. Great The service was exceptional, and the support I received from Sariyah during the drop-off was remarkable. Once the service was completed, Sariyah had everything prepared for me, and when I received a text notification that my jeep was ready, I was able to hop in and drive off immediately. Additionally, the service was completed in less than one hour, which is significantly faster than the usual minimum of one and a half hours. I am thoroughly impressed with the changes that I have had the opportunity to experience firsthand.

I was in and out in less than the time that Kyan said it would take which allowed me to take a mandatory training in a private place at home, instead of a public place. So I was very happy about that!??
