Exceptional service. Customer service took care of getting my vehicle in for service and kept me advised of the status. The Service technician completed all the requested work, and they gave me an inspection I didn't realize I needed. I love the waiting room, comfortable seating, TV, snack, and vending, all available, and free WiFi. I also enjoyed viewing the cars on the showroom floor. Good time, looking forward to returning.

My 2020 RAM 1500 engine died at only 68000 miles. Needed a new engine. They worked with me and Chrysler to cover most of the cost to replace it. Wonderful job talking and working with the service representative to make replacing the engine more affordable than I could have imagined. I have been taking my vehicles to the Southern family of dealerships in the area for years and always have a good experience with their service and sales teams.

I encountered several unsatisfactory experiences in the NN/Norfolk area when purchasing vehicles, leading to considerable frustration. While my initial experience was negative, the general manager effectively resolved the issues following my detailed explanation of my concerns. Subsequently, I was heard, my concerns were addressed, and everything proceeded without complications; the truck was impeccably clean and I am a happy customer.
