The service check-in process and the people were great (5 Stars). The service was peformed the same day, and shuttle service was speedy and excellent. The only reason I did not give a 5 Star rating was because the car was returned to me dirty. There were grease/oil marks on the center console, and the driver door sill. I had to go home and clean certain areas of the interior.
Very satisfied with the customer service upon arrival asking what concerns I may have as well the reason im there. They keep me updated with oil change and or what service they are providing. That's why I keep going back.

I was impressed with my service advisor Tim Cupp. He reviewed my problem and after shop evaluation he gave me the findings, the repairs required and cost..He kept me informed on progress and upon completion he walked with me to my van and helped placed by roller cart in the van.(I must use it to walk). He was always very polite and Southern should be proud to have such a person working for them—He provides excellent customer care.

I will say that I can always get my vehicle in quickly for service. I appreciate that. I had a sunshield in window when I did night drop off box. When i picked truck up. Myby drivers side sun visor was pulled out of socket. Not sure if related but still aggravating! I fixed it.

The work was completed in a timely fashion. My only concern is that I called in my extended warranty information to give to Kyan so he could have the insurer authorize the repairs. He apparently did not get the information from the individual that I gave it to. Consequently I ended up paying $1200 for what should have been covered.

Overall service was good but I was there around 8:30 and it seemed a little unorganized. I got taken care of quickly but there was a line behind me about 5 or 6 people deep. The service on the vehicle was quick but I had to ask to get checked out after the vehicle was parked and ready to go. Noticed a black mark like grease on floor after I got home. Went for inspection but he pulled up the maintenance history of our Chrysler van and went over what we needed to have done. Very helpful.
Great The service was exceptional, and the support I received from Sariyah during the drop-off was remarkable. Once the service was completed, Sariyah had everything prepared for me, and when I received a text notification that my jeep was ready, I was able to hop in and drive off immediately. Additionally, the service was completed in less than one hour, which is significantly faster than the usual minimum of one and a half hours. I am thoroughly impressed with the changes that I have had the opportunity to experience firsthand.
My vehicle was at dealership for 30 hrs. I Brought the car in to be service at my 10 am appointment on June 1, 2026 and service was not completed until the next day, June 2, 2026, after 4 pm. Yes, I was inconvenienced. To date, I'm happy with the work done on my car.
