1st time at Southern. They are honoring the previous dealership, Checkerd Flags promise for Oil and Filter changes, plus State Inspections for life. The service department was quick with the vehicle Check In. The vehicle needed the tires rotated, engine oil and filter change and the Annual State Inspection. All work was completed in an hour and a half. So, I was very pleased with the entire experience.
They are always very pleasant, get my vehicle done in a timely manner and great to work with!

Much better this trip. Problem fixed in a timely manner…although the driver’s seat has grease on it , I pointed it out to the tram and the service manager called me early the next morning. We are OOT and will get in touch with them upon our return to have the seat cleaned

He even provided pictures and videos so we aware of any current issues to watch out for. He even assisted to see if the car warranty would cover repairs through our purchase company.

I got checked in for my scheduled service appointment quickly. They listened to my problem and concerns with my Jeep. Only took a little over an hour wait for the service and they told me what to watch for and come back with any concerns. Best of all they waived the diagnostic fee. I will definitely be back for all my Jeep needs in the future!

Jermaine is one of the best employees there. I came in at 8am to get my car inspected on Saturday. 10 May 2025 and was told it would take awhile. I had a 10 am appointment so needed to leave the dealers by 9:30 to get there on time. Jermaine was very helpful and I was done and gone by 9:35. Thank you for such good service it was truly appreciated.

Amazing service from the Southern Newport News location! They were efficient, courteous and have a nice waiting area. Everyone who walked by said hello and the service team kept me updated even as they were walking through finishing with other customers. They even offered the complimentary wash and no other location did. I bought my vehicle from the Greenbriar location and since have had service there and the Norfolk location. NN tops the cake and if I can schedule there I will be sure to. Thank you!
